Grumpy Care Bear Plush Rare 2002 New with Tags Jumbo Vintage VTG NWT Around 24". Condition is "New". Thanks bear doesn't have any tears or rips. It has its new tags, not written or torn. All tags still present an attached. The item does have some stains on the bottom. Not noticable unless looking at the back of the legs.
