Extremely rare, hard-to-find, 1985, UK exclusively released Playful Heart Monkey Care Bear Care Cousin. This monkey is in good vintage condition for a 39 year old plush! Flaws noticed are a small scratch on the left eye, unreadable faded fabric tags, very minimally worn heart button, some fur pilling, and missing some very bottom belly emblem stitching Positives are: bright tummy symbol’s thread color, no stitching pulls or gaps. Full tongue, smile, nose, eyebrows, and hair lock are all great. Plus, the price! This special bear is a maverick, because it has the yellow fur of Birthday Bear or Funshine Bear, but has the tummy emblem of Tenderheart Bear which, usually has tan fur. The tummy emblem has the words "I LOVE YOU" embroidered. UK 1980's mavericks were not produced with Care Bear cloth tags. I Love You Bear is one of three charity designs. This 1980's Care Bear is in amazing vintage condition. Freckles are still present! Tummy emblem is bright, stitched tightly, and has no pulls. Hair lock is slightly matted. Rare UK only released vintage Surprise Care Bear. Bear is from the early 80s and in great near perfect vintage condition. Blue body fur shows little wear or fading. White fur accents are not stained. Tummy icon surprise box is still brightly colored without pulls in the stitching. Plastic eyes and nose are without obvious chips or scratching.
