Good used condition. The glass itself is a bit foggy/spotted - I think this may be from dishwasher use. It does not photograph well, but is only really noticeable when inspecting the glass close up.

Vtg Care Bears Good Luck Bear Drinking Glass 1983 Pizza Hut Lucky Shamrock. Glass is pretty clean with the one exception shown in the pictures. Might have been rubbing on something in the dishwasher?
