Vintage Care Bear Poseable Grumpy Bear with Dumbrella accessory from 1984 by Kenner.
New, unopened packaging, though the packaging does show wear in the form of assorted corner wear, creasing, old price stickers, and just general storage wear. The box has slight overall yellowing.
