Vintage Care Bears Sing Along Friends Toys R Us Animatronic Store Display 2003
This is a rare vintage Care Bears Sing Along Friends Animatronic Store Display featured in Toys R Us in 2003. It has a Try Me feature button which will trigger the Care Bears to sing one of 3 songs. The display includes the original 4 Talking Plush Care Bears: Love-a-Lot Bear, Share Bear, Wish Bear, and Laugh-a-Lot Bear. The unit has functional singing for all 4 bears but the motor function currently only works for the orange bear. I have enclosed a picture of the wire schematic that could be tinkered with to get the motor function to work for everyone. I did replace all 6 D batteries with new ones. The store display was used by countless kids and fans of Care Bears when it was in the store. Condition of unit consistent with store display history and is typical to others that have been listed by others. I did a basic exterior cleaning but will leave the in depth detailed work to the new owner so they can use their preferred methods. Condition: See pictures for details. I am trying to find a way to post the video of them singing. The unit is showing shelf wear consistent with age, use, and storage which can be seen in the pictures provided. Please Note: Due to the collectible nature of this, the display is being sold AS IS. Photos provided are of the actual items you will be receiving. Items have been stored in a smoke free home. This vintage Kenner Care Bear plush lot of 13 is a must-have for any fan of the franchise. Made of soft plush material, these adorable characters include Love-A-Lot, Tenderheart, Wish, Birthday, Friend, Good Luck, Cheer, Grumpy, Funshine, Bedtime, Share '85, Champ '85, and talking Secret Bear (works) '85. Each bear is an original, licensed reproduction from 1983 and 1985 and are in great condition. Original hair tufts, tush tags, "eyebrows", "eyelids", and "eyelashes" are an excellent condition as viewed in the pictures. There is no pilling, no bare spots, and the fur is not matted. Hello up for sale is a lot of 8 talking Care Bears that range from the year 2003 to 2005. All are in great shape. The only significant stains I see are some stains on the back of the head on Wish Bear and Tender Heart Bear has two spots on her. Please see pictures for reference.
