Very nice, gently used condition. A few threads attaching part of the Santa hat and scarf have broken (both hat and scarf still attached, just with a couple fewer threads). Original tag still attached shows scuffs and creases and is a bit bent. From 2003, 20th Anniversary Secret Bear in Santa hat and scarf for the holidays.
