The belly badge is a three-striped rainbow with red, yellow, and blue. Bo were released to be given to the children staying at UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. He came in three colors: pink, blue, and yellow. Bo sported a tag unique to UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. His release was limited to the hospital, making him rather rare. Vintage Brown Love Bear embroidered tummy 14". It is a sun with a rainbow. I have done some research and it seems like this may have been one of the first runs of the care bears but I cannot confirm that, just what I am seeing on some of the internet research I have done.
