Vintage Care Bear Poseable Grumpy Bear with Dumbrella accessory from 1984 by Kenner.
New, unopened packaging, though the packaging does show wear in the form of assorted corner wear, creasing, old price stickers, and just general storage wear. The box has slight overall yellowing. I've tried to take detailed photos from multiple angles to judge condition and wear for yourself. Please see photos for detailed condition.

Vintage 1985 Care Bear has never been removed from its packaging, has its original booklet tag. The bear has a small spot of something on the bottom of his left foot, but otherwise is clean and in nice shape.
