Incredible Care Bear Prototype - Never seen before
This Care Bear is not found anywhere on a list of known Care Bear characters. It has the same features as a traditional Care Bear including the heart on the butt and a tag. It is in good condition The tag says, “Play Along: Sample Not for Resale” Play Along Toys held the licensing for Care Bears in 2000 and the tag carries the PlayAlong Logo. Play Along also held the licensing for the Doodle Bear, which is what this Care Bear appears to be a cross of. VERY RARE, 1980's, vintage, maverick, Care Bear, I Love You. UK exclusively released. This special bear is a maverick, because it has the yellow fur of Birthday Bear or Funshine Bear, but has the tummy emblem of Tenderheart Bear which, usually has tan fur. The tummy emblem has the words "I LOVE YOU" embroidered. UK 1980's mavericks were not produced with Care Bear cloth tags. I Love You Bear is one of three charity designs. This 1980's Care Bear is in amazing vintage condition. Freckles are still present! Tummy emblem is bright, stitched tightly, and has no pulls. Hair lock is slightly matted. Her purple fur is a bit faded in color. Belly badge has a few small pulls but is still brightly colored. Smile & heart nose are in great condition. One eyebrow has a small gap in its stitching. Red heart tush button has several faded letters in logo.

Rare UK only released vintage Surprise Care Bear. Bear is from the early 80s and in great near perfect vintage condition. Blue body fur shows little wear or fading. White fur accents are not stained. Tummy icon surprise box is still brightly colored without pulls in the stitching. Plastic eyes and nose are without obvious chips or scratching. Rare Vintage i love you bear care bear (UK Only). I Love You Bear is one of the rarest Care Bears exclusively released in the UK and Australia in the early 1980s. This bear is in good vintage condition, especially considering her age! There are no pulls on her tummy icon sticking. Her tush red heart button’s Care bear logo is mostly faded. The Care Bear logo heart is fully readable with no faded lettering. The tags are in readable although faded condition. The fur is still on the brighter side of purple, hair lock is a little short, eyes and noise have no scratches, I still can see a freckle or two. The tummy emblem is a little dirty and worn.
