Vintage Care Bear Care-A-Lot Playset c. 1980s + Rainbow Roller, Storybook Case & 17 Figures some Rarer figures and accessories that I have never seen before. This is a mixed lot of 15 of the larger poseable bears and 2 mini pvc. I am not sure that I have all of the hand-held accessories with the correct characters or all of the playset parts in the correct areas. You get what is pictured. Please use photos and zoom as your BEST description of the item. Nothing is presumed complete or perfect. With that said, items were found as a collection and appeared to be up on a display shelf at the estate where found. It did have a normal amount of dust and dirt which I wiped down, but some pieces may require more of a detail cleaning as there are lots of little crevices. I found some spots of vinyl deterioration on the a few of the larger bears. See photos for a sample of what you might find. As there are some duplicates, I am thinking maybe the nicer ones were for "display" and the others for play. MANY of the stickers were in bad shape when found, so I pulled what I could and copied them to make repairs. So the copies are not perfect, they often display as lighter, but they are sticking to the playset now and they do look better than their found state. Some of the stickers that I could not get off without total damage, I left as-is and re-glued the best that I could. You get everything pictured. This is a vintage Care Bears Care-A-Lot Castle Playset. It has all of the original pieces plus some extra bears and accessories. All items are in working condition - comes with new batteries - and all lights and sounds have been tested. The playset is in good condition but does show signs of wear due to age. There is some discoloration of the white clouds on the base which can be seen in the last picture. 2002 ~ CARE BEARS ~ Love A Lot BearLARGE JUMBO 27" in LengthBright Vivid Pink (Not Faded like some of my photos)This Love A Lot Care Bear is in good shape except for the nose area. This poor bear was gnawed on at the nose .. There are bite marks / scratches on the Pink Heart Nose. Just above the nose and the to the side, there is a run / tear in the white plush fur. The nose is still intact but is loose in the upper corner. See photos. Also .. the red plastic heart on the rear has paint wear .. A good part of the word Care is missing .. most of the word Bears is still there in white. Other than these issues, the Care Bear looks great. I don't see any stains or repairs. The former owner did launder this bear as I detect a detergent / perfume odor. He was purchased from an estate sale so I don't know the history. It's not a bad smell but should be mentioned.This Care Bear is about 27" in length. The little tuft of pink fur is on top of the head. The eyebrows are embroidered. The eyes are side glancing to the left and are pink and black in color. They are plastic eyes. The nose is plastic with it's issues mentioned above. The smiling mouth is embroidered in pink. The hearts are red and pink with embroidered edges. The feet have the embroidered hearts. The head does like to droop a bit forward.The bear no longer has a hang tag. He does have the tush seam tag that says .. Care Bears / Surface Washable Only / Air Dry / Polyester Fiber / Made in China. The back of the tag says 2002 TCFC Inc, Manufactured under license by Play Along (H.K.) Ltd / with some other information below that. There is a gray stamped number of CR16503. The second tag is the UPC Bar Code Tag. I steam all plush that I sell. I will put the Care Bear into it’s own new unscented trash bag and then package the item. He won't fit in my poly bags. The item will be sent by priority class mail in a box at cost to buyer. I take many photos so be sure you check them all. I am a re-seller of items .. not a distributor or manufacturer of any item.
