IT IS SHARE BEAR SITTING ON A CLOUD AND IS IN EXCELLENT-VERY GOOD CONDITION BUT NO LABEL. PART OF THE TUMMY SYMBOL DECAL IS RUBBED AWAY AND A SMALL PIECE OF THE BASE WAS CHIPPED AND NICELY REPAIRED.
