Brand new in original box. It is sold as is. May have a layer of dust inside the box on the bottom inside and on the dvd. The batteries should be changed if the bear will be taken out of the box. At this point they are almost depleted, which is to be expected at 20 years old. The box appears in brand new condition. Very very tiny bit of shelf wear on the corner on the side with tape. The bear appears clean and fluffy with no odors that I can detect. Hang tag still on hand. Appears wonderful condition in every way that I can see.
