She is in excellent condition! Her eyes are hand painted. She has very prominent freckles. Harmony (maybe this exact bear?). made her appearance in the 1986 Hot Stuff Kenner Toy Fair Magazine, which I have included pictures of as I also own this magazine ( magazine NOT included).

Vintage Care Bears Massive CARE-A-LOT Playset lot of figures and vehicles. This Original Vintage Care Bears lot has 98 Figures and 41 Accessories and 6 Vehicles and 1 Castle. These Bears were made by a few different companies (not Kenner) for a group of UK charities. Their quality was not up to par with Kenner. This one has a separated (or two?) hair tuft/s. He doesn't have a tush tag. I don't think any of the later editions of these did have tags. This is one of the later ones that have a sewn-on belly heart. He has no writing on his heart button, but again, since these weren't made by Kenner, I don't know if he ever did. I am very careful with all of my items, keeping most of them in storage totes.
