This is a really cute rare, and hard to find, “New” vintage 1985 Care Bear Cousins “Cozy Heart Penquin” collectible plush made by “KENNER”! (#61970) He is approximately 13” tall, and made of a soft, light-purple, light-gold, and white plush. His cute little eyes, nose, and red tush heart are made of plastic (see photos #2 & #3), and on his tummy is his famous “heart w/toboggan hat” tummy symbol which is embroidered!
