This Cheer Care Bear is from 2002 and talks! She says phrases like "Hi I'm Cheer Bear!". She has some minor dirty spots that could possibly come off with some deep cleaning! Press her stomach and her right paw for her to make noise. She has an adorable heart nose and heart paw pads. The battery compartment is clean and has no battery corrosion. For the bear to work she needs four double A batterys. BATTERYS NOT INCLUDED!
