These Bears were made by a few different companies (not Kenner) for a group of UK charities. Their quality was not up to par with Kenner. This one has a separated (or two?) hair tuft/s. He doesn't have a tush tag. I don't think any of the later editions of these did have tags. This is one of the later ones that have a sewn-on belly heart. He has no writing on his heart button, but again, since these weren't made by Kenner, I don't know if he ever did. I am very careful with all of my items, keeping most of them in storage totes. The bears nod their heads as they should and the sound works. The fours bears are clean, fresh and bright in mint condition. There are no cracks or breaks. The stickers show wear and are pealing in a couple of places. The unit takes six D batteries which I removed for storage and shipping. This Daydream Bear was part of a limited plush release in the UK. It is rare to find one of these Bears in this good of condition. She may have had her hair tuft trimmed. It looks a little short. I never noticed until now. I have only ever displayed this Bear. I wouldn't sell any of my dolls and toys since they're all precious to me in some way, but I have mental health issues that keep me from having success with traditional jobs. This is a vintage lot of six original Care Bears from Kenner, manufactured in the early 1980s. The set includes Grumpy Bear, Bedtime Bear, Friendship Bear, Grams Bear, Lovealot Bear, and Birthday bear. These plush bears are in good/great condition, with vibrant, soft, pastel fur and embroidered details on their bellies. They are perfect for any collector or fan of the Care Bears franchise and would make a great addition to any collection.Most were happy to have their picture taken, and eager to show off their beautiful colors and bright, vibrant tummies.... except for Grumpy... he was in a bad mood.
