The bear is in its original (unopened) packaging and was manufactured in 2004 in China. This is a clean plush toy. Never opened. Has VHS tape. All new. The battery for the talking apparently needs replacing. No sound. Easy to fix with new battery you buy. I've packed this into a clear poly bag and then into a shipping carton.
