Care Bears Bedtime Bear night light from 1991 by Happiness Express. It is still attached to the original card, but the packaging shows significant wear in the form of bends, creases, rubs around the edges, and is just generally in bad shape. There is also dirt in the package (see photo). The night light itself does indeed work. The cover with Bedtime Bear is also removable from the plug/light, as well.
