These Bears were made by a few different companies (not Kenner) for a group of UK charities. Their quality was not up to par with Kenner. This one has a separated (or two?) hair tuft/s. He doesn't have a tush tag. I don't think any of the later editions of these did have tags. This is one of the later ones that have a sewn-on belly heart. He has no writing on his heart button, but again, since these weren't made by Kenner, I don't know if he ever did. I am very careful with all of my items, keeping most of them in storage totes. Rare Vibtage Care Bears Toy Box. Boxes in great condition except for at the very bottom right corner there's a little tear. It does not affect the stability of the Box as long as you put a nail in the right spot and a washer. I took it apart for easy handling and cheaper shipping. It came apart easily and will be put back together easily. This is a very rare item I don't think there's a whole lot of them out there. The front of it where it opens is also a chalkboard.
