2004 Talking Care Bears True Heart Bear 13â? Tie Dye Rare/HTF. Here is an adorable talking true heart care bear. He still has his tag on his hand. I did not have batteries to test him. Iâ??m not certain what size he takes. As you can see in the photo his battery compartment is nice and clean. Even if he does not talk, he is still an adorable plush bear.
