I did try to clean them with baby wipes, but it didn't really work. Some of the tags are worn out. You may find strings hanging. What an extraordinary discovery! These Care Bears are all from 1983, and in pristine condition br />I don’t like to say ‘rare’ often, but to have the original set of 10 +2 in such amazing as new condition is quite a find! **Mini Grumpy Bear is the exception, he doesn’t look like he’s been played with but there’s some discolor around the heart on his tush** They’ve been stored incredibly well, there’s no odor, no dust on fur, all super clean. Champ Bear’s tush tag is a little faded, it’s more like a vinyl than the satin ribbon of the others.
