This Care Bear Cousins Plush is about 13" tall. It's a firm stuffed plush with shorter "fur". This is proud heart cat and is from 2004. See photos for details on condition, only notable flaw is her hair is slightly brittle, and on the shorter side, unsure if it's been altered. Please see last picture for details.
This is overall in fair condition but shows signs of being previously used and played with. It has no bad smells but has some marks on its face. Can be cleaned up well.
