This is a 1984 American greetings Care Bear it's year is printed on the bottom I will try to zoom in as much as I can for you I do have two of them if you want them both let me know and I'll cut you a deal on it I believe it is some kind of musical box I press tab on a few times it does not work nor do I know how it works I cannot find another one like it on the internet so it is very rare
