eBay This bear is new in the box although it may have writing and tape on the box, as well as it being a little crushed, especially on sides and on top. There is a mark on the leg, I have not attempted to clean it. It seems like it would come right off.Please look at ALL pictures to see ALL angles of this box and judge condition for yourself. It is sold as is. May have a layer of dust inside the box on the bottom inside and on the dvd. The batteries should be changed if the bear will be taken out of the box. At this point they are dead.
