He has a unique care tag, in both English and French. He also has a unique facial expression compared to other Grumpies (or I think so anyway!). I try to highlight any flaws, not hide them. I am not perfect. If you consider a hair on a item, or a tiny paint chip on a nose to be a flaw worthy of returning, please don't buy from me (Yes, I had that happen to me before - only once in my 10 years of selling, but it happened!). I am very careful with my items, but these items have been owned by human beings, not locked in a Kenner vault. It def feels like a Kenner vault in here most of the time - cold, dark, quiet and in Ohio. :-) Smoke-free home. I don't cancel orders. I ship internationally through the int. shipping program (only).
