Rare VTG 1986 Care Bear Cousins Bright Heart Raccoon Zipper Hard Belly Glow ... couldn't find too much info on it! The belly is a soft rubber with the glow spot on it. Fur is in pretty good shape but could use more brushing. There are a couple of rubbed spots near zipper as shown. Just guessing on year as label is pretty worn but can make out Cleveland and 1986 i believe! This is Super RARE for a real collector!!! There is nothing in the zipper pouch...could not find wires or voice box.*Found one that was a Cheer talking-bear from 2002 with the zipper but it did not have rubber belly.
