Condition is used. Item shows signs of wear. Some has stains and wears more than other plush. Please wash as needed upon receiving. I did take photos of the noticeable stains. The purple bear and pink rainbow bears are talking bears. Both work fine. They take 3 AAA batteries. Battery compartments are free of acid residues or rusts. Batteries are NOT included. Rest of them are plushes. The blue bear has stains on the tummy and purple bears have more spots around the face. I did take photos to show the overall condition.
