This Care Bear is in perfect condition outside. It is a play along bear that when you squeeze the belly the arms come in to give you a hug. Does not make noise. Plastic eyes, nose and care bear heart button on behind. Stitched mouth, hearts on belly and feet. Little tuft of "hair" on top of head. No stains or odor.
