Care Bear Grumpy Bear W/ Umbrella & scarf GUC 2006 8-9". Very rare and very hard to find Grumpy Bear Care Bear holding a black umbrella and wearing a white & black scarf. Grumpy is in used condition belonging to a child and his tush heart the words are smearing off. He does look in gently used pre-owned super adorably cute condition.
