This awesome bear looks great - however it's sound box no longer works. I put fresh batteries in it, and it still would not talk. If you have a damaged plush you can swap the sound box out for, or just want one for nostalgia, then this would be a great item for you!I will send the bear with the new batteries still in it, just in case you know how to fix it. ?True Heart's height is listed as 13 inches by the manufacturer, but when I measured him he was "approximately" 13 inches.
